1. General These terms apply to all visitors and customers of mysafaribooks.com. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

Products We sell African adventure, wildlife, travel, and activity books, as well as an ever-expanding range of African-themed products made in Africa, including fridge magnets, flags, and other merchandise. All product descriptions are as accurate as possible. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products.

3. Pricing Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. We are not responsible for pricing errors.

4. Orders & Payment By placing an order, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion.

5. Shipping Orders are shipped per our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

6. Returns Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Perishable goods and other non-returnable items are strictly non-refundable. See our full Return & Refund Policy for details.
